"Amazing service provided from the first phone call for an estimate to the completion of the work! Doug was absolutely amazing! He was very kind, professional, very honest and upfront about everything. Very personable guy! Our carpets upstairs have not been professionally cleaned in almost 10 years, the look absolutely AMAZING!! The carpet looks so much brighter, feels so much softer and the upstairs just smells amazing! Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone!
